Looking to.sell or trade my factory new upper. Was purchased from Brownells few months ago and has NO rounds through it. I did install a surefire war comp it is NOT pin and welded so NFA rules apply if you try to install it on your rifle. Does NOT come with bolt carrier or charging handle. Asking 700.00 cash or will trade for a DD Mk18 10.3 stripped upper.
