Great shooting pistol but purchased as a duplicate to one I already own. Starting to shoot other pistols now so no longer need a spare. Excellent CZ75 style pistol made to B&T standards.

Swiss-made by Brugger & Thomet, this MK-II Optic Ready 9mm combines a DA/SA hammer-fired system with a durable, black Type III hard-coat anodized alloy frame. It features a 4.3 in threaded barrel that is suppressor ready, an RMSc-footprint optic interface under a cover plate, and precise LPA adjustable rear sights with a clean 3-dot iron sight picture. Practical upgrades like an ambidextrous manual thumb safety, MIL-STD-1913 accessory rail, and CZ-75 pattern magazine compatibility round out a recent B&T release built for confident use and easy setup.

The The B&T MK2 (also referred to as the MKII or MK-II pistol, a semi-auto 9mm handgun from Brugger & Thomet) uses the Shield RMS / RMSc footprint for its optics cut.

Optics that typically fit this footprint (or are directly compatible) include:
• Shield RMS / RMSc series
• Holosun 407K / 507K / EPS Carry (these use a modified RMSc variant and often fit well)

The MK-II’s DA/SA, hammer-fired action pairs with an external hammer and ambidextrous manual thumb safety for straightforward, controlled operation. The alloy frame wears a black Type III hard-coat anodized finish, and the polymer overmolded grip includes finger grooves and a pinned backstrap insert for a secure, consistent hold.

The 4.3 in barrel is threaded M13.5x1 LH, making it suppressor ready. This setup delivers immediate compatibility with common 9mm muzzle devices that use the left-hand European pitch, and a protective cover plate keeps the muzzle threads secure when not in use.

The slide offers practical rear serrations and an optic cut with a cover plate. Under that plate is an RMSc-footprint interface, giving you a straightforward path to mounting compatible micro red dots. Until then, the pistol runs a clear 3-dot iron sight system with a single-dot front and an LPA adjustable 2-dot rear for precise elevation and windage control.
