Beautiful, pre-war 1934 Belgian-made Browning Superposed 12 GA over/under shotgun in VG+/EX- overall condition!
28" Barrels - vent rib is straight, true, and has a bit of rack wear along the left side high edge, more so at the hump just forward of the receiver. White bead sight
Browning double trigger
Marked as Modified choke (**) upper barrel and Improved Cylinder choke (**_) lower barrel
14.5" Length of Pull (LOP) front trigger, and 13 5/8" rear trigger
Original Browning butt stock plate is in very good condition with a few nicks out of the rings surrounding the Browning and Superposed logos
Action locks tight and feels buttery smooth. Mechanically excellent overall with mirror-bright bores
The wood furniture is excellent overall, with no cracks, and a rich, almost new looking finish. There are a few light proessure dings on the right side of the forearm that do not compromise the finish whatsoever
Metal is beautiful overall and presents as very good plus to near excellent. There are a few light scratches on both sides of the receiver as well as on the bottom of the very back of the forearm where the metal meets the receiver. For a 90-year-old shotgun, these are insignificant. There is also a very fine case edge wear at the muzzle, and a couple of light, fine scratches on the bottom of the barrel at edge of the forearm, halfway to the muzzle, and a tiny nick 4" back from the muzzle.
