Lone Wolf 460 Rowland stainless steel threaded conversion barrel (no longer available from lone wolf) will chamber 460R and 45acp.

Trijicon tritium/fiber optic (TFO) sights
If you dont know about the .460 Rowland cartridge, it is a THUMPER. Look it up. I want to say it is approaching 44mag power levels if my memory is correct.
Due to legal battles with the developer of the Rowland cartridge, no other manufacturers are allowed to offer conversion barrels for this round other than Mr. Rowland's company.
I have some more of the hollow point ammo available. 60-100rds I believe... and a couple of the Glock 30 mags. Factory 45acp barrel and case as well.
