I have long stroke piston upper made by PWS. It's chambered in 223 wylde. It has no more than 250 rounds through it.
It came with a pinned pws brake on it but I removed it. It's a 14.5" upper.
The upper without the brake and Cloud Defense Rein 1.0 multi color is 1k. With the the light, it is 1.1k.
