Antique - U.S. Military, 1863 Springfield rifle; converted by the government with the 1870 trapdoor; shoots the 50-70 metallic cartridge. I believe the 45-70 came out a few years later.
This rifle is in amazing, unrestored condition; functioning perfectly.
The 22 pocket pistol (revolver) is apparently from the same era; 8 shot; functioning beautifully - unrestored condition.
The sword / lagoon: Rare straight blade with scabbard. The handle is wood, with the original shark skin and copper wrap. The hilt is iron (newer types were apparently brass).I can’t find any numbers, letters or markings on it.
Package deal: $1,700…or let me know on individual prices. Maybe meet at an HEB gas station - Austin or San Antonio.
